It's been a while

Well it has been a while since I have last written. I suppose like everything else in my life once I try something new and get the hang off it, it's off the the next new and exciting thing. LOL. At this point my new thing is "card making/ scrap booking" it's actually quite fun. I made holiday cards for friends and family. I mean it took me almost a month to complete but I still enjoyed it. And I have 2 HUGE scrap books under my belt, so who knows where this "creative crafting" may lead me next. My next big scrap project is my youngest daughters 1st birthday! I can't wait.

Well as I type my two BEAUTIFUL daughters (and I mean BEEAAUUUTIFUL yall) are amusing themselves playing with all the millions - it seems - of toys they have. It's too funny, you buy things for your children because they may want it at the time or you "think" it's something they'll get a kick out of but once that toy is home, the children could care less about it. As my hubby has said many times before children don't really care about the toys, it's the time that the parents spend with them in playing and hugging and kissing and showing our affections. I love my children! They are the most precious beings on this earth to me. I never thought I would feel that way about anyone until I had children. *lovng mother sigh* (I sighed a loving sigh out loud and my oldest just asked "ok mommy?" LOL. How cute is that.?

Oh well duty calls I have biscuts in the oven and now my children seem to be thru amusing themselves with quite play. Maybe latter I'll come back and post my "x-mas" pic up (after I ask my hubby how do it AGAIN!) LOL
